Before You Pause or Cancel, Please Read
We understand that life happens and you may need to take a break. Here’s what to know before submitting your form:
Pausing Your Membership
You can pause your membership at any time.
Please submit your pause request form at least 2 business days before the 1st of the month to avoid being charged for the next billing cycle.
You’ll select a restart date, and your membership will automatically restart on that date — no extra steps needed.
Pausing your membership locks in your current rate, so you’ll return at the same price you’re paying now.
If you cancel instead, your rate may increase when you rejoin.
Canceling Your Membership
Cancellation requests must also be submitted at least 2 business days before the 1st to avoid being charged for the next month.
If payment has already processed, no refunds can be issued.
Cancelling ends your membership entirely, and if you return later, you’ll need to re-enroll at the current rate.
Important Notes
All memberships are billed on the 1st of each month.
Memberships cover the full month of classes — not individual sessions — so there are no rollovers or banking of classes.
Once a payment processes, it cannot be refunded.
